Birmingham is a vibrant and diverse city and the Gay Village caters for everyone. Just beyond the pride flags, Birmingham hosts many attractions and great locations to visit.
From the Bullring Shopping Centre, complete with Selfridges, to the popular Farmers' Markets near Victoria Square, there is a wide variety of shopping experiences to be had in Birmingham & the region; as well as many interesting areas to visit - from modern developments like Millennium Point to history-steeped zones such as industrial-era Digbeth.
Beyond the city centre on only a train visit away the mouth-watering Cadbury’s tour and other equally mouth-watering cultural treats like the Birmingham Royal Ballet, at the Hippodrome, the world-renowned City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra in its own Symphony Hall plus the Birmingham Rep theatre.
Birmingham is also known as the 'Capital of the Balti', with countless Balti Houses at every turn - ever since this spicy dish was introduced to the city by its large Kashmiri population.
